2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will be perfectly accurate. 3. Orders and Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout; applicable GST/HST will be added where required. Nsaa Trading is registered for GST/HST purposes.

Shipping timelines, carriers, and costs are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Navan Creek name, logo, designs, graphics, printed artwork, product imagery, and website content — is the property of Nsaa Trading and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our designs, logo, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navan Creek and Nsaa Trading are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
