Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada and to the United States. All inventory is held and shipped from our warehouse in Canada, so there’s no overseas wait once your order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday–Friday (excluding statutory holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and Purolator, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Duties, Taxes & Customs (US Orders)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout. These charges vary by carrier and destination and are outside of Navan Creek’s control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account or contacting us directly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us at customerservice@navancreek.com with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
